Vajra yoga is suitable for people of any age, any physique, suitable for children. It is especially useful for people who have problems with the spine and also for all those who want to keep their back strong and healthy.
Vajra yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced yoga practitioners.
In practices with the body, we use only safe techniques, relying on the knowledge of anatomy and modern medicine, as well as relying on primary sources, ancient treatises on yoga.
In working with the mind, we use meditation, Mahamudra, the practice of non-duality, mindfulness. We use the middle path in everything.
Spiritually, we profess freedom and a good attitude towards all living beings. Vajra is not a religion, followers can profess different spiritual views, taking into account the recognition of the freedom of others๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
