Step out of the rush, leave the noise behind, and allow yourself the space to slow down.
This is a gentle day set aside for women to step back into the light and bloom!
A day to move more slowly, to release tension, and to meet yourself with kindness.
Set in the calm of the countryside, the day begins with a country walk — time to breathe, notice, and arrive. From there, we move into a gentle, accessible yoga practice to ease the body and settle the mind, followed by the quiet, hands-on rhythm of creating individual flower mandalas.
A home-cooked vegetarian lunch will be shared around the kitchen table — nourishing, unhurried, and grounding.
We’ll close with a healing sound bath meditation, allowing the body to rest deeply and dissolve the heaviness of winter.
This retreat is for women who feel a little disconnected, stretched thin, or simply ready for a pause. You don’t need experience with yoga or meditation — just a willingness to show up as you are.
