How are you feeling??
Do you ever feel like just switching yourself off - like a machine, just flick the switch and everything stops for a while?
Our brain needs it every now and then. Even for 3 mins. Just close your eyes, mentally switch off and breathe. Really makes a difference in my experience.
Sometimes we need more than that, but getting out to a daily or weekly class can be difficult, especially if you have a family to look after.
So I have a suggestion:

🌱TheYurt is like giant womb, here to hold you and support you. When you arrive, you will be provided with a mat, cushion, blanket, bolster and eye pillow.
🌱After a short grounding practice you will snuggle up, nice and warm for 60mins of deep rest while receiving the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs, Crystal bowls, Drums, Ocean, Human Voice, Rain drops………
🌱During this time your body is releasing tension, dissolving stress and flow is being restored. This is all about bringing back ease and preventing dis-ease.
🌱We reintegrate afterwards with a warm herbal tea and then slip home and into bed.
Start time is 7.30pm
Finish 9pm
This is your gift to yourself but also to the people you live with, work with and care for. When you feel good, they feel good!!
