The death has occurred of Johnson Joy, The Mews, Virginia Road, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Johnston passed away suddenly but peacefully at his residence on 2nd October 2025, aged 34 years.

Johnson was a kind, vibrant and much-loved young man whose warmth and compassion touched everyone who knew him. A devoted husband and proud father, he will be forever missed by his loving wife Alby Lukose, daughters Aima and baby Elora (two months old), extended family, colleagues, neighbours and friends.

Johnson was employed as a healthcare assistant with Nua Healthcare, Kingscourt, while his wife Alby is a staff nurse at Kilmainhamwood Nursing Home (Mowlam Healthcare).
