Tower L2 — Sneak peek of tomorrow’s 9:30am class ✨

This one is for those with a strong Pilates base — not just reformer experience — who are ready to be challenged and move with control and confidence. Our Tower classes are truly one of a kind — a fully equipped, dedicated Pilates space where we blend strong mat principles into everything we do.

Please note: this class is suitable for experienced clients only, and not recommended if you have any injuries or underlying pathologies.

We had great fun in today’s seniors class 😊

The big balls always bring a bit of challenge… and a lot of smiles.

We worked on balance, coordination and gentle strength—
but also something just as important… keeping the mind flexible, open and willing to try new things.

I’m so proud of this group every week 💛

Pregnancy and early motherhood can feel like a lot — physically and mentally.
This class is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported.
We focus gently on core, pelvic floor, posture and strength, using the reformer, tower and small props — always in a safe, guided way.
A calm, welcoming space, just for you 🤍
If you’re expecting or recently had your baby, you’re very welcome.
Places are limited to keep the group small and supportive.

About b-Well Pilates Reformer Pilates Balbriggan

Reformer Pilates is a wonderful option for everyone wishing to take Pilates to the next level. There are different classes depending on ability and previous experience but exercises can be adapted for all ages, conditions and rehabilitation. For elite athletes or anyone looking to enhance sports performance, the possibilities are wide and fun. Feel better & Move freely with this unique and functional method.

Pre & Postnatal Pilates available and mat classes (currently online through zoom) are also for ‘every body’.

I am a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor with a genuine interest in Injuries and Rehabilitation Pilates. My background includes Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies with Sam Wood Physiotherapist (BASI) and fully certified Pilates Equipment & Reformer Instructor (APPI) Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institue). I have run back care and healthy spine classes for over 7 years; adding small pilates equipment, reformer and other apparatus.

Being also a certified Yoga teacher (YTTC, Ireland) allows me to include different breathing techniques and mix practices whenever is suitable for my clients to make the most of their class experience.
