Teaching on St Stephen’s Day felt beautifully calm.
Friendly faces, gentle post-Christmas movement, and bodies easing back into rhythm — with space for my own practice too.

I am a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor with a genuine interest in Injuries and Rehabilitation Pilates. My background includes Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies with Sam Wood Physiotherapist (BASI) and fully certified Pilates Equipment & Reformer Instructor (APPI) Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institue). I have run back care and healthy spine classes for over 7 years; adding small pilates equipment, reformer and other apparatus.
Being also a certified Yoga teacher (YTTC, Ireland) allows me to include different breathing techniques and mix practices whenever is suitable for my clients to make the most of their class experience.
Finally, I am a fully qualified Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates teacher (YTI) & BASI courses in Ireland. Therefore, if you are a woman, I can help you through your journey from Pregnancy, post-baby body to returning to exercise in full.
