All In Care

All In Care All In Care is a HSE preferred leading home care providers, offering client-centered homecare services to clients based in the Dublin and Meath Areas.

Our goal is to enable our clients to live happily and independently at home, just the way you like. All In Care is a family business owned and managed by Ms. Linda Murphy. We provide the best of care to seniors in their own homes primarily in the greater Dublin area. As well as home care, we also offer respite and convalescent care through our sister company – Steps. We are HSE approved and many of our referrals come from medical professionals. FLEXIBLE

Our services are very flexible and go from 0.5 hrs per day to 24 hrs per day and from daily help and companionship all the way to specialist care. CARING

Supporting the professionals and relatives of our elderly clients is also central to our approach. Our telemonitoring system gives you very accurate monthly bills and also alerts us within minutes in the unlikely event that a carer does not arrive at the appointed time. We also offer an Overnight Emergency service, a Keysafe service to protect your home security, and Blister-pack medication management.. It can be a real worry caring for an older relative, especially if they are frail or perhaps even suffering from absent-mindedness or dementia. We are always here with a compassionate and professional shoulder to lean on. PERSONAL

All In Care is a highly personal business where every one of our clients is cherished and respected. This has been the cornerstone of our growth to date as a caring family business and will always continue to be that way.

Mental Wellbeing – Post-Holiday Adjustment Support🤍

After the busy festive period, it’s completely normal for both clients and carers to feel a sense of tiredness, low mood, or emotional dip as routines return to normal.

For some, the quiet after Christmas can feel lonely. For others, it can take time to readjust after changes in routine, visitors, or disrupted sleep.

Gentle support can really help during this time — returning to familiar routines, getting enough rest, enjoying regular conversation and companionship, and taking things one day at a time.

For carers, it’s just as important to recognise how you’re feeling, to slow down where possible, and to reach out for support if the post-holiday period feels overwhelming.

At All In Care, we believe mental wellbeing is just as important as physical health — for both clients and carers.

🤍 Kindness, patience, and connection make all the difference.

Infection prevention plays an important role in protecting both clients and carers, especially during the colder months when illnesses can spread more easily.

Simple daily actions can make a big difference, including:
• Regular hand washing with soap and water
• Using hand sanitiser when needed
• Cleaning frequently touched surfaces
• Covering coughs and sneezes
• Staying at home and reporting symptoms if unwell

In homecare, preventing infection helps keep people safe, comfortable, and well in their own homes.

At All In Care, we are committed to high standards of care, hygiene, and safety for everyone we support.

❄️ Winter Wellbeing❄️

Winter can be a challenging time for both those receiving care and those providing it. Shorter days, colder weather, and seasonal illnesses can take their toll on physical and emotional wellbeing.

For clients, staying warm, maintaining routines, eating well, and having regular companionship can make a real difference during the winter months.

For carers, it’s just as important to look after your own wellbeing — taking breaks when possible, dressing warmly, staying hydrated, and asking for support when you need it.

At All In Care, we believe wellbeing is about looking after the whole person — carers and clients alike — with kindness, understanding, and support.

A little extra care goes a long way in winter.

🎄 Merry Christmas from All In Care!🎄

At Christmas, home means so much more than a place — it’s comfort, memories, and being surrounded by what’s familiar.

This festive season, we want to wish all the families, clients, and carers we support a very peaceful and joyful Christmas.

We’re especially grateful to the dedicated carers who continue to provide kindness, reassurance, and support during the holidays, helping people feel safe and cared for in their own homes.

💚 From all of us at All In Care, thank you for trusting us to be part of your care journey.

Wishing you a warm Christmas and a healthy New Year.

🎄 Care During the Festive Season🎄

Christmas is a time for family, connection, and tradition — but for many families caring for a loved one, it can also bring added pressure and concern.

Changes to routine, cold weather, shorter days, and busy households can be especially challenging for older people or those living with illness, mobility issues, or dementia.

Homecare support during the festive season can help maintain familiar routines, provide companionship, and offer reassurance to both clients and families. Whether it’s help with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, or simply having someone there for a chat, these small supports can make a big difference.

At All In Care, we understand how important it is for people to remain comfortable and safe in their own homes at Christmas — surrounded by familiar faces, memories, and traditions, offering care that brings peace of mind, when it matters most.

🧼✨ It’s Handwashing Awareness Week! ✨🧼

At All In Care, keeping our community safe starts with the simplest act of care — proper hand hygiene.

We follow the HSE-approved handwashing technique to protect ourselves, our colleagues, and the people we support.

🖐️ HSE Hand Hygiene Steps:

Wet hands with warm water.

Apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces.

Rub hands palm to palm.

Rub the back of each hand with the other (interlacing fingers).

Rub between your fingers.

Rub backs of fingers against opposite palms.

Rub each thumb in the opposite hand.

Rub fingertips/nails in opposite palms.

Rinse well under running water.

Dry thoroughly with a clean towel or disposable towel.

Clean hands = safer communities.
Let’s make handwashing part of everyday care. 💚👐
