At Enhanced Motion, we don’t just treat pain and send you on your way - we guide you through the full journey back to feeling your best.

👉 Step 1: Book your appointment (call Shane or book online)
👉 Step 2: Fill out your consultation form so Liz or Conor understand your history before you arrive
👉 Step 3: Your first session - we chat through your injury, pain, goals, and create a treatment plan

From there, we support you with hands-on treatment, exercises at home, and regular check-ins to track your progress.

💪 And Step 4 - Getting you back moving confidently - into the gym or classes like Pilates, strength training, Yoga or Qi Gong.

It’s a full cycle of care, helping you get out of pain, build strength, and stay well long term.

Early start yesterday… out the gap for 2:07am to get to Manchester and back in the same day.

Spent the day in a room with some of the top clinics across Ireland and the UK, learning and sharing with people who are excellent at what they do — and included.

It wasn’t about doing more — if anything it was the opposite.

Stepping back, looking at how things are running, what’s working, and what could be simpler or clearer.

Came away with a few small things that will make a big difference over time.

Nothing drastic… just doing things a bit better.

That’s usually where the real progress is made — just like in rehab, it’s the everyday showing up that counts.
