Short answer โ€” no. You donโ€™t need to be in serious pain to book in. Some people come to us with niggles, tightness, or even just for advice on mobility, strength, or how best to look after their body.

โœจ This Weekโ€™s Wins from the Clinic โœจ
Liz chats through a client we saw this week who was experiencing pain travelling up the neck, into the jaw and eye, even affecting vision. After neurological checks had ruled out anything serious, treatment focused on calming the nervous system and releasing tension.
The result? Immediate relief, a relaxed face, and reassurance that the issue was treatable. Sometimes the biggest win is helping the body feel safe again โ€” and helping the person understand their stressors and what they can change moving forward.

Conorโ€™s back answering another common question we hear all the time: whatโ€™s the difference between rehab and exercise?
Rehab is slow, controlled, and very focused, working on one movement or muscle at a time, with proper breathing and control. Exercise is more full-body, using compound movements and weight training to build overall strength and fitness.
Both matter โ€” itโ€™s just about doing the right thing at the right stage. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’œ
