Ask the Experts πŸ’¬
Liz chats about something we see all the time - pain doesn’t always mean you’re broken.
Often pain is your nervous system sending signals that something needs attention; maybe movement, stress management, or addressing muscle imbalances.
The key is listening to your body and figuring out what it’s trying to tell you. πŸ’œ

Ask the Experts πŸ’¬
Conor answers a common question we hear in the clinic: is it normal to feel weaker on one side?
Short answer β€” yes, it’s very common. Most people naturally rely more on one side, and over time this can lead to imbalances where one side does more of the work than the other. Injury, habits, or repeating the same movements can all play a part.
The good news? Once we identify those imbalances, we can work on strengthening the weaker side and bringing things back into balance.
If you’ve noticed one side always feels weaker, stiffer, or less steady, it might be worth getting it checked.
