Wow what a summer we had😍 The weather made it a fantastic summer for us all! I hope you all enjoyed it🤗

Thank you to all my wonderful clients for making it the busiest summer yet 😅 plenty of early mornings & late evenings out in and I loved every minute.

Congratulations to Team MMC who were the overall winners of the Ballina Golf Club Annual Club Classic this weekend 🏆🏌️‍♀️⛳️

I’m thrilled to announce my sponsorship of Conn Rangers Ladies new training kit for the 2025 season! 🟢⚫️⚽️

Being able to support my local club means so much to me and the girls have been so supportive and welcoming since joining the club about 5 years ago.

This young, talented group put the work in week and week out and are competing in the Mayo Women’s Premier League against some of the best teams in the county🟢🔴

Many thanks to Manager Paul Neary, Coach Emma Walsh & Trainer Mark Toher for all their hard work and commitment. It is very much appreciated by the group.

2024 was a massive year for Mulligan Massage Clinic moving to my new premises in 📍Shanaghy after spending 5 years in 📍Pearse Street. It really was a dream come true. Plenty of blood, sweat & tears went into making this transition happen. A million thank yous to everyone who helped make this dream a reality. I give 110% to each client who walks through my doors and will continue to do that and more going forward. Thank you all for trusting me to treat your aches, pains and injuries. I will continue to learn & progress to offer as many treatments as possible to help people live a pain free lifestyle.
