Every Friday at Cúla studio Doris Scanlon teaches an 'Introduction to Iyengar yoga' class. No experience is required. We have a fully equipped yoga studio for you to begin your practice so just bring yourself!

Our next 2 hour workshop is coming soon! We will use chairs/ropes to help deepen our understanding of the asana. The props will help us to hold the asana for a longer duration of time, improving the alignment of the spine, increase flexibility and mobility and use the breath to connect the body and mind.
