Online Reflexology Workshop 💕

Niamh will be teaching an online Reflexology workshop focused on babies & children over three weeks covering :

1) Digestion, Colic, Reflux, Constipation
2) Teeth, Colds, Immune support
3) Anxiety, Sleeping & Soothing

I’m so excited to teach this course especially considering our children & babies have less touch & physical contact at the moment than ever before it’s a fabulous way to bring positive & relaxing touch to your family 💕💕

Lots of messages about pregnancy reflexology: they call babies born reflex babies after mums have had reflexology throughout pregnancy because they are lovely & relaxed 😌 the best time to start is post 1st scan (12 weeks) some of the benefits are listed below + lots more .... it’s the perfect time to take some time out for you

Trimester 1: Supporting sleep, Kidney function, back support & nausea & fatigue (treatment once every 3-4 weeks)

Trimester 2: Supporting slow bowel function, sinus, lower back, sleep & kidney function (treatment once every 3-4 weeks)

Trimester 3: Supporting sleep, labour preparation, back & muscle fatigue & joint support (treatment recommended every two weeks from week 34 onwards)
