First ever Darkness into light walk this morning...it was difficult getting out of bed at 3.30 am but it was worth it! Such a crowd of people turned out and it was a beautiful morning for it! Even managed to have a good chin wag with my neighbour along the way 😀

Action packed weekend in this house with birthday parties and let’s not forget Mother’s Day.... the baby in our house turned 5 yesterday... entered into this world on Mother’s Day 5 years ago 🥰. Happy Mother’s Day to all my Mums and Mum’s to be .... Hope you all have a great day 😘

A new set of Aquanatal is starting back this Monday 4th March out at Mount Falcon Hotel 7-8pm. If you or anyone you know would like to join a water based class to exercise in a fun and safe environment, while meeting other expectant Mums, this is the class for you! So much fun in London!!! So much to see and do!! Definitely going back!! Need a rest now!! The steps were definitely up over the last few days, the feet are walked off me 😁 but we all had a great time. Great to get away and spend quality time together ☺️

If you or someone you know is looking for Antenatal Classes and would like to have them completed in one day on the weekend... then read on.. I am hosting One day Antenatal Classes,held on a Saturday in Ballina Co Mayo throughout 2019.
Classes cover all aspects of Antenatal Education including Health and wellbeing in Pregnancy, Labour and Delivery and life with a new baby...among other things!

Great night tonight at Aquanatal!! I really enjoyed the class and it definitely helped to lift those January blues!! Think the ladies enjoyed it too 🤗. I’m full of good cheer heading off home.... Hope it lasts when I get home to my crew 🤪😂. P.s could really do with a selfie stick... my head blocking half the ladies out 🙈
