Second week into January it’s time to get back into the swing of things ,keeping a journal & stepping on the scales definitely keeps us accountable.
I will fill in my journal this week & post it daily as need to work on the unwanted pounds after Xmas .
Losing my weight (4 & half stone) over 30 years now doesn’t mean I don’t have to watch it as I can gain no problem once I take the eye off the ball .The secret to successful weight loss & weight maintenance is weekly weigh ins ,good structure & every thing in moderation,learning control ,accepting any gains & moving on .
I’m still at a Healthy BMI
30 years later but always will work on any temporary gains when needed .
Hope this helps anyone needing to get back on track or looking for a fresh start .
