JANUARY SPECIAL: MASSAGE + CUPPING 60 MINS
f you’re seeking deep tissue work or want to target areas of tension, restriction, or inflammation, this treatment combines the best of both worlds for injury recovery and prevention.

The treatment begins with a soothing massage using relaxing essential oils to warm the muscles and identify specific areas that need attention. Then, I introduce Fire Cupping, a traditional therapy from Chinese Medicine. The cups create gentle to strong suction (using a quick flame to remove the air) which stimulates circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, and draws nutrient-rich blood to the area to promote healing. Depending on your needs, the cups may be placed in one spot (static), moved along the muscles, or used in a quick “flash” technique. Many clients notice immediate relief, while others find the results last well beyond their usual massage.
