***NEW IN STUDIO YOGA SCULPT classes in Cork Con in Ballintemple*****

I am soooo delighted to be back teaching in the Douglas/Blackrock area after 10 years 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Kick starting on Tuesday the 5th November in Cork Con at 9.30am and 6.30pm 🙌🏻

My style of Yoga Sculpt is Vinyasa flow yoga + light weights + house music 🤸🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🎧🧘🏻‍♀️
