Fibromyalgia is a long-term chronic condition, and recovery varies from person to person. There’s no known cure, but there are treatments, therapies and self-management techniques which can help to improve your symptoms.

Unlike some other forms of arthritis, fibromyalgia does not, in itself, cause any lasting damage to the body’s tissues, even though the symptoms may sometimes be very similar. Trying to keep active, however, can help to avoid secondary problems caused by weakening of the muscles (deconditioning). This book is inspirational about Sport and life.
I had the pleasure of helping Tom prepare for a number of World Championships and Paralympics and see him medal consistently. I had great menories of our training sessions and travelling abroad to competition.
A fascinating life story.

Morgan is now available for appointments in Carbery Physiotherapy. He has 10 years of experience in Sports, orthopaedics and MSK. He is also trained in dry needling, pilates and yoga so has excellent rehab skills. He has worked with numerous teams internationally . We are so thrilled to have him here in Carbery Physiotherapy.
