Here are some of the highlights of the “Christmas jumper week” in aid of “Cope” homeless charity. A great way to ring in the Christmas, whilst also remember those less fortunate.
Between the teens, to the more “mature” attendees, you all put in such a great effort.
And we raised 🥁🥁🥁🥁€530.00
for the Galway homeless. Thank you one and all 🙏

Best dressed:Ide Jennings: massive effort with a hair band, glasses, Xmas jumper and Xmas socks. Thanks to all for the effort and craic.

Their steady stems and daily turning to the sun inspire us to stay rooted while seeking what nourishes us. Like them, we can bloom in our own season with patience and compassion🌻

After a lovely break, I am thrilled to be back on the mat for a seven week term of yoga starting Tuesday, 9th September in The Yoga Studio at Ballinrobe Physiotherapy Clinic 😊
