Attending to celebrate International Women’s Day was a beautiful reminder of what becomes possible when we honour the quiet pull of the heart.

Over the past few days, I experienced conversations, new connections, and moments of deep resonance and magic. There was so much intention, beauty, and care woven through the experience, and I came away feeling deeply grateful for all that was exchanged. Such beautiful wisdom shared by and a gorgeous soundbath with . Ashley of is such a beautiful soul and created an unbelievable experience.

Some journeys are not led by logic, but by an inner knowing. This was one of them. We have a deep inner wisdom always guiding us and it’s only when we slow down can we hear.

So grateful I listened. Philly gave me so much - I’m still taking it all in. 💓💓💓

It’s a moment to reflect on the wisdom this year has offered and to look ahead with intention, hope, and trust in new beginnings.

Some highlights from last Thursdays event at the RDS with benefiting charity partner . It was an incredible day filled with healing, connection, contribution, collaboration and hope.

Dr Gabor Maté shared his wisdom from his groundbreaking book “The Myth of Normal” and brought the audience on an inner journey to see we are not broken and how we can start to heal. The audience was captivated by as he opened their hearts when he shared his story as a refugee from Northern Uganda and how as part of his healing he is rebuilding his community.

The lovely MC’d the day and lead the panel with founder of Tammi Darcy, Brent Pope and with a focus on youth mental health in Ireland and how can we move the needle and come together to create change.

We closed the day with playing two special piano pieces before I lead the audience to sing Imagine by John Lennon and created a space of hope.

This is a day I will never forget and look forward to future events and to continue the many collaborations that will come from this day. In gratitude for all who were a part of it x Jacqueline

Just what I needed this morning when I was looking for a coffee, but knowing my body feels more connected, grounded and aligned when I skip it and add real fresh fruits and vegetables. Coffee just doesn’t agree with me, but as I’ve been working a lot lately coffee crept back in as a little pick me up.

Thanks for the reminder that coffee can increase anxiety and as a sensitive person it just doesn’t agree with me. Thanks for surprising me with this from 💚
