We are only open a few days a week in the little shop. With the space being empty the rest of the week we thought to put it out to the world, to see if anyone else would like to use it. It’d be a great little spot for any sort of one to one work. It’s warm, very private and planted on some magical land✨

Skin colour will tell you very little about a persons origins. It is literally - All in the blood… 🩸

And for the record we are all mixed race/ hybrids bar a select few who are aware of blood Kabbalah. They breed within their bloodline so as to avoid inheriting traits like empathy, heavily associated with the A blood type shaped skull.

I’m becoming more vocal on here so as to find my tribe, build an open and honest community and let go of anyone who is not on a similar path.

I don’t believe in marketing or appealing to the masses. We are living in unprecedented times. It is imperative that we find like minded people to help us navigate whatever future we are manifesting for ourselves. For me that means finding those who are ready to let go of the old paradigm, who are visionaries of a new and better way of life and who think for themselves.

I have met some - amazing, gifted, intelligent and inspiring people since this project began. It fills me with great joy and optimism for the future, knowing such people exist on my doorstep. I am so excited to co create with this evolving community over the coming years. We are only getting started here🔥

Before The Well Lane shop and retreat came into existence, I spent 20 years working within the hospitality and tourism industries. Good wine was obviously a huge feature of this career path. I spent years building knowledge and confidence in selling, recommending and speaking about wine.

During covid I took time away from that world and dived deeper into health, wellbeing, spirituality and all things connected. For a long time those worlds felt as though they were in conflict so I took my time in deciding how and if they could/ would exist together.

The majority of spiritual teachers would say they can’t but I’ve learnt enough at this stage to know that the majority of these “teachers” are just repeating each other and that we all have our own paths to follow.

From my current perspective, my philosophy is - everything in moderation and enjoy 3D reality because that’s ultimately one of the reasons why we’re here. I also believe in following prompts from the universe and with a number of private tasting requests recently, I decided to make that service part of my offering here on the lane.

With so much going on in the world, this is your reminder that life is not black and white and that extreme views just create more division.

In the mystery schools and Kabbalistic teachings the left-wing represents the feminine energy which is seen as progressive/ transformative whilst right-wing represents the masculine energy seen as conservative/traditional.

Left wing, right wing are still two wings of the same bird. Often you’ll see a crown on top of the eagles head in the world of symbolism. Initiates understand this to symbolise middle path enlightenment activating the crown chakra.

The concept of the Path of Severity, Path of Mercy, and Middle Path is rooted in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life (Sephirot), representing a metaphysical map of divine emanation and human consciousness. These pillars represent cosmic forces, of which initiates spend years activating and balancing.

Enlightenment and self initiation can be achieved through a lifetime of tending to the spiritual, physical and emotional bodies.
