My name is Brian Mahon, Fully qualified massage therapist. We now have 12 therapists operating, all fully qualified and insured. Have a massage in the comfort of your own home, hotel or in clinic in Ballybofey. (Appointment Only). I do all types of massage, from Swedish aromatherapy to deep tissue to sports massage. I have been doing this in Ireland since 2008 and i'm fully qualified and insured,

so you can be assured you're in safe hands! There are 9 therapists working who are all fully qualified and insured with a minimum of 4 years experience. Due to demand, we cover all Donegal, Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Clare, Monaghan, Cavan, Leitrim & all Northern Ireland. My prices start from 40 euros depending on treatment. Morning folks.
Just a little heads up.
Due to the fuel prices rising, we might have to raise our prices.
It's the last thing I want to do as I know people are already struggling but we can't operate with the way things are going.
I'm trying to hold off on this for as long as possible.
So, if diesel rises above €2.25 we will be raising out prices with immediate effect.
If prices drop below that figure we drop them again.
We have no choice I'm afraid.
Hopefully it doesn't come to that.

I feel I need to share this again..
Please don't panic the next day after a deep tissue massage. You will know that you've been worked on.

*A little point to note*
If you are receiving a massage from us and we find tension, knots, etc., we are going to try and release it.
We wouldn't be doing our job properly otherwise.
If we don't find any problems you will get a firm massage that will keep you loose and relaxed.
An old saying of 'no pain no gain' but that's crap. It's not meant to hurt but you'll know you've been worked on.
You might feel a little stiff the next day and a little sore, but it'll wear off. Drink plenty of water, that's the secret.
We're not giving a beauty salon massage that will help you sleep that night, 99% of our massages will help loosen the muscles and will give you longer benefits.
I just thought I should point that out before you book.

Need to share this again 🤣

Ok folks, just a wee bit of information.
Its obvious that women can take deep tissue massage better than men can!
Hate to say it but 100% true!
Few calls over last few weeks regarding stiffness and soreness the next day after massages.
90% of our massages are deep tissue and sports related but we do relaxation massages also. BUT...if we find knots, stress or tightness in the muscles, we're going to remove them!
We're not doing our jobs properly if we don't.
We don't mean to cause pain but it's part and parcel of removing knots, etc.
The stiffness you feel next day afterwards is normal. Plenty of water after the massage will flush the heat. You should be ready for dancing few days afterwards!
We always explain worst case scenarios regarding heat, stiffness, lightheadedness, etc afterwards. That's all normal.
Just wanted to explain this.
