Practitioner and a Yoga Teacher for over a decade and a half. Living in Glenville, Co. Cork area for 25 plus years.

Here to share my yoga journey with you through movement, meditation and breath awareness, to support and improve our general well-being I stumbled into a yoga studio over a decade and a bit ago where my main objective was to get fit. At the time I knew very little about yoga, but that first class had me hooked. Through the practice of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, I felt all the many benefits of yoga internally and that also showed on the outside. It has since been my passion to share this ancient practice with anyone (of any age) to experience for themselves what yoga has to offer. As well as providing a whole range of positive effects, yoga brings pleasure into our lives- you can explore and get to know your own body or yourself as whole. Qualified as a Yoga Teacher in Hatha, Transformation, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yoga Teaching with Health and Wellbeing, my classes are individual orientated meaning I work with whoever is in front of me rather that a set class plan which might not suit everyone. My holistic approach focuses on creating harmony and unity between mind, body and energy. Yoga is such a broad area of study constantly evolving and I am forever a student

🙏Year 5 teaching Yoga Yay💪🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️!! I am so grateful 🙏. I have continued to deepen my learning during this time, and how I teach now is different from how I taught then.

🙏The new season starts on the 9th of September: Tuesdays at 7pm for those who want to improve or want to return to yoga.
Saturday mornings are for absolute beginners.

🙏Let's look after our body and mind together through Yoga and Meditation.
