Why might this be for you?
Energetic imprints are often past from generation to generation. These may be a result of trauma suffered during dark times in history, hunger, hardship, famine, evictions, wars, persecution, and suppression are on the list.
You may get the sense that you or your family is blocked in some way?
Perhaps you see a pattern in your family, for example, an inability to let go and forgive that leads to endless strife.
Are your ancestors often on your mind; it may feel as though they are calling you?
There is work involved in removing energetic blocks and softening negative energetic patterns - these small group sessions offer a safe space in which to do this work.
What will happen during this session?
In this three-hour session, while lying down or sitting, you will experience gentle healing techniques and meditations. You will connect with your male and female lineage and assist them to heal, clearing disruptive energy. You will also assist those Ancestors that need to find peace.
What are the benefits for you?
There is always a sense of gratitude and blessings from the Ancestors towards you when you have completed the work. Participants often feel as though a load has been lifted from them. There are long-lasting positive effects not just for you and those around you, but for those that went before you and the generations that are to come.
What is the integration session about?
In about a week to a fortnight, there will be an online (Zoom) get-together to assist with integration. With any energetic healing practice, there is always time needed to process and adjust to these beautiful new energetic patterns. This session will offer you space to speak about your experiences, and this will help you to process and integrate the work that you have done.

About me:
I am a qualified CranioSacral Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, and a Lightworker. I have worked with the Ancestors for some years now, and I love to share this work and the profound benefits it brings to people’s lives.
It was through suffering debilitating physical pain and my reluctance to commit to a lifetime of medication that I discovered the amazing benefits of Complementary Therapies in 2017. One thing led to another, and I discovered the deep connection to all things Spiritual that is accessible to each and every one of us.
