You may lie down or sit (easier for some).
Only necessary to remove your shoes - but do wear loose and comfortable clothing.

In recent years I have listened closely to my ancestors and it’s as though their wisdom gets louder and more relevant with the passage of time.

Today turned out to be very special indeed. On the way to visit the Church where my maternal grandparents married (with 2 of their great grandchildren) in the Bronx we noticed that tomorrow is the 99 anniversary of their wedding day - how cool is that!

May I ask, do you tune into your ancestors?
Simple to do:
Relate their stories to the younger generations
Retrace their steps
Visit ancestral graves, bring flowers
Tend to ancestral graves
Ponder their time on the planet
Search for evidence of their journeys
Quiz the older generations

Be curious and pass on your curiosity - it’s beautiful to bring your ancestors with you in this lifetime. It’s also beautiful to honour all they have done for us. Without their courage we wouldn’t be here at all…

Perhaps future generations will tune into our existance with curiosity - now wouldn’t that be cool!

I wonder how it would be if my grandchildren and great grandchildren visit St Comghall’s Church in the parish of Aughadown in, let’s see, 77 years (2102)!!!
