Join us for 3 days of fun, fitness, and flips this winter! 🤸‍♀️✨5+ years

Gymnastics for all ages:

Toddler Classes 18months-4 years
We run four fun toddler classes each week to help little ones grow in confidence and coordination.

Kids Gymnastics (Ages 3½–16years)
Our kids’ gymnastics classes are full of energy, fun, and skill-building! Each session has four dedicated coaches, with one coach for every group of around 6–10 children — ensuring every child gets the attention and encouragement they need to shine.

Class Options for Every Level
We offer a variety of classes to suit every age and ability, including:
✨ One-hour and two-hour classes
🤸 Competitors Classes for young gymnasts who love a challenge
🧘 Stretching & Flexibility Classes to boost mobility and balance
🏅 Routine Training Classes to develop confidence and performance skills

Open to All Ages!
Our gym welcomes everyone from 18 months to adults — it’s never too early (or too late!) to discover the joy of gymnastics. We also offer adult gymnastics classes for those who want to build strength, flexibility, and have fun while staying active!

🌟 Limited Spaces Available! 🌟
We currently have around 12spaces left in our full-week Kids Gymnastics classes — don’t miss out!
Also, check out our Toddler/Parent Gymnastics classes! We run four classes per week, and families who book the full term can attend two toddler gymnastics classes per week.

We will be taking a little festive break — regular classes will be closed from December 15th until January 2nd . 🎅🤸‍♀️

We’ve had several parents tell us that other clubs are saying children are not allowed to attend gymnastics at more than one club.

✅ We checked with the IGA, and they confirmed that there is no such rule.
✅ We are also registered with the IGA and we were surprised to hear that some clubs are saying it is an IGA rule. This is not true.

Neither the IGA have any rules stopping children from training with different clubs.

A proper warm-up before class is essential because it prepares both the body and mind for physical activity. During the warm-up, your heart rate gradually increases, which helps to: • Improve blood flow to the muscles • Raise your body temperature
• Increase the delivery of oxygen to working muscles
• Boost energy levels and overall alertness
• Make you feel more energized and ready to perform
• Reduce the risk of injury
• Enhance overall performance in the main part of the classBy raising your heart rate through light exercises such as jogging, dynamic stretching, or mobility drills, you activate your nervous system and get your body fully engaged. This makes you feel more focused, energetic, and prepared for physical effort.
