I was delighted to have some of Studio Galera BJJ fighters down at the gym after a sparring session.

After an hour of sparring on the mats they hit the sauna and plunge pool to improve and speed up the recovery process post-training.

I touched base with the lads after and all agreed that they saw a significant decrease in muscle soreness in the following days. And this has also being shown in the research that has being carried out over the years.
