We are seeking a talented and experienced administrative professional to join our team. If you have a flair for organisation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in data processing, accounts, and reception, with an agricultural or veterinary background, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with data processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage accounts-related duties, including invoicing, payments, and record keeping.
• Serve as the first point of contact at reception, providing friendly and professional service to visitors and clients.
• Ensure smooth operation of daily administrative functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in data processing and accounts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 50 desirable.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in a reception role is desirable.
