Introducing Our New Treatment space
Nestled in the peaceful countryside, Flora’s new treatment room (P75EH58) offers a tranquil setting that’s perfect for relaxation. It’s just a 20-minute drive from Bantry, making it a convenient escape from the hustle and bustle.

Bantry Sessions:
Don’t worry; my regular availability in Bantry remains the same. I will continue to offer session on Mondays (10am - 2 pm) and Thursdays (2 pm - 6:30 pm), with the odd Friday mixed in!

I have studied various massage modalities over the last 17 years including holistic, sports & Hawaiian massage. I am also a qualified teacher of holistic treatments. My treatments can be relaxing and restoring or deep tissue and invigorating, depending on what you need. In all of my treatments I try to always maintain an element of relaxation, to promote your general wellbeing.
My sessions are 1 hour and cost €60.
My Location & Availability
I mostly offer treatments from home next door to Hagal Farm in the Mealagh Valley. It’s around a 20 minute drive from Bantry in the beautiful countryside of west cork. For people who find it difficult or impossible to travel I am also able to come to Bantry where I work from Hani Holistic Treatment Centre on Glengariff road (next to Organico Cafe) but this is subject to availability.
My Philosophy
Massage and holistic therapies is a form of communication.
Our bodies tell us so much about ourselves if we can stop to listen. It can tell us if we are feeling tired, stressed. It tells us when we are hungry or thirsty. It will tell us if we are perpetuating an habitual physical pattern that is hindering us. Our body is vastly intelligent and it constantly adjusts itself to make sure we can use it for as long as possible! But we have learnt to ignore the signs that it needs attention.
In massage we can help to reignite those pathways of communication between your physical, emotional and mental bodies. All massage in essence puts you back in touch with the present. The aim is to re-connect with your body.
The no pain no gain mentality is no longer needed. It should be - no awareness/attention - no gain!
My History
I grew up in Bantry, Co.Cork. My parents set up Hagal Farm in the Mealagh valley - which over the years has been a B&B, Holistic Centre and College. My mother, Janny Wieler, also set up Bantry's first Holistic Therapy clinic (Anam Cara) which myself and my sister took over for several years.
These days I split my time between doing massage clinics in Bantry and at Hagal Farm and operating my online business solutions services. For me it's the perfect work balance.
