"I highly recommend the NADA protocol. I received this treatment a couple of weeks ago and it really helped me relax and reducing my stress and anxiety levels. We have created a safe and warm environment where we can support and guide you, teach and treat you. We will explore your birth preferences, learn together what your body and soul need, and how we are going to match that with reality. We provide information and access to Doula support and many tools and classes for expecting parents.
