Welcome to Hurley: Neuromuscular Therapy, a NMT and Sports Massage Clinic which also features a full fitted rehabilitation gym space.

We offer chronic pain and sport injury treatment as well as exercise rehab and retraining. One of West Cork's most highly qualified therapist & trainer. As a certified Neuromuscular Therapist with qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, exercise rehabilitation my approach to helping you with your pain or sports injury is unique. My focus is to see a client as few times as possible, this means from the outset we are looking at the most practical way to get you back to full health. Treatments include NMT and massage techniques and then progress on to mobility and strength based exercise to maintain the benefits recieved from treatment.

DECEMBER IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.

I have a waiting list in place and any slots not taken from the waiting list will appear online on a first come first serve basis.

Delighted to be so busy, anyone with questions or wants appointments in January bookings are now open online or via WhatsApp.

I made my way over to my former club of Skibbereen rowing club on Saturday morning to drop over 2 sets of leg recovery systems to help in their final stages of prep for the Irish National Rowing Championships.

While nothing beats sleep, hydration, nutrition & movement for recovery, the boots will assist in the later stages of their taper and in-between races in Inniscara next weekend. I often incorporate the boots into my sports therapy treatment with athletes.

At Hurley NMT I provide a number of services, primarily related to the the treatment of chronic pain but I also spend a lot of time working with athletes; assisting them with ongoing injuries, recovery strategies and training advice.

The final few days of appointments in 2022 are nearly upon here!
Bookings can be made online via my online booking page or linktree in the bio.

Along with booking online gift certificates can also be bought at any time. If you want a physical gift certificate with your purchase just let me know.

The clinic will be closed from the 22nd December, opening hours between Christmas and New Year's to follow but I'll be back in action fully from the 3rd January!

Closed the 29th September due to an ESB power outage. Planned the 18th July, notified the 23rd September.

My table is electric, my heating is electric and poor light at the entrance would be a health and safety risk. Unfortunately I'll have to cancel appointments and close.

I wonder will compensate the business put out by their complete incompetence! I won't wonder for long!

Still some availability for the week ahead but I don't expect it to last long.
The clinic is now featuring a fully refurbished treatment room and opening later this week is a new look therapy/gym space used for exercise prescription and mobility clinics. The space will also house our recovery equipment including Theragunz () & Air relax equipment.
