Padraig Creane, Emlybeg South, Binghamstown, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully at the Sonas Tí Aire Nursing Home, Belmullet on 25th January.
Predeceased by his parents Mike and Ellen (née Mangan), sister Emily and brothers Charlie and Thady.
He will be survived by his sister Sheila Reilly (Carne, Belmullet), nieces, nephews and relatives.
May He Rest in Peace.
Funeral will arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Binghamstown on Monday evening at 7 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon followed by burial in Emlybeg Cemetery.

Lynn Hefferon (née Pettinger), Muing, Carne Fowler, Belmullet, Co. Mayo, and formerly of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England, passed away peacefully after a long illness, in the excellent care of the staff at Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, surrounded by her loving family on the 20th of January 2026.
Beloved wife of Bertie and deeply loved mother to Peter, Katherine, Sara, Brydie, Michael, Dawn. Lynn will be forever missed by her heartbroken children and her cherished grandchildren: Ciara, Ellie, Jason, David, James, Ava, Adam, Lauren, Jamie, Sorcha, Roisin, Gareth, Erin, Imogen, daughter-in-law Hailey, son-in-laws Gary, Martin and Charlie, brothers Trevor, David, Stuart, sisters Dawn and Tracey, sister-in-laws May and Una and niece Teresa.
Lynn is predeceased by her mother Audrey, sister Carol and brother Tony.

May her loving soul whose kindness and laughter touched many lives now rest in peace.

Aidan Carey, 12 Seaside, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formally of Bridge Road, Belmullet peacefully at the Aras Deirbhle Nursing Home, Belmullet in the presence of his loving family on 19th January 2026.
Predeceased by his parents Mike and Eileen, brother Des, nephews Michael and Ian McNulty and Brian McCann, also remembering Stephen Walsh (Leah’s partner) and brothers in law John McNulty, Jim McCann and Roy Hubble.
Beloved father of Michelle (Westport), Joanne (Claregalway, Co. Galway), Ciara (Knocknacarra, Galway), Dean (London) and their mother Anne and his adored grandchildren Leah, Ellie, Daniel, Kate, Éabha, Jack, Isla and Anna. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Rose, brothers Barney and John, sisters Breege and Rose, brothers in law, sisters in law, his three nephews and grandnephew. Beloved husband of Maura (née Ruane, Doolough, Geesala), dear father of Regina (Belmullet), Noel (Portumna, Co. Galway), Bernice (Belmullet), Edel (Belmullet) and Michael (Lucan, Dublin) and cherished grandfather to his adored grandchildren Shona, Keeva, Emma, Oisín, Orla, James, Luca and Noah. Edith Geraghty (née O’Callaghan), Gladree, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully in the care of the Staff of the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar on 9th January 2026.
Predeceased by her husband Seamus and mother Marie Menton.

Edith’s funeral will depart from McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock to arrive at Tarmoncarra Cemetery for burial at 2.30.
