Smyth Training Services CPR, Basic First Aid, Paediatric First Aid, FAR (first aid responder), and Manual Handling, Courses. This is Ann Delahunt Smyth of Smyth's Training Services.

Let me introduce myself and my background. I started with CPR in the St. John's Ambulance many years ago. From there, I joined the First Responders, where I progressed to teaching. I can teach CPR, basic first aid, paediatric first aid, FAR (first aid responder), and manual handling. My dad passed away from a cardiac arrest. I believe everyone should learn first aid, including CPR, as it's a life skill. "As I always believe, if you can do something for somebody in the above situation, it's better than doing nothing."
