May my actions be guided by my roots and ancestry line which happens to be Irish ,English and Sioux Indian .
I've been doing Holistic Healing for a long time now probably from childhood, I remember feeling the energy in my hands from a young age and the nurturing of my babies guided me to healing deeper.
We have had a Woodfired sauna & hottubs for at least 20 years now and it's funny how popular they are now because when we started people thought we were odd, with our garden cold bath and sweating bodies.
It's been a part of our ceremony of health and detoxify for years.
So we continue on with Full Moon sessions and enjoy sharing the experience for others.
