I was once told by a very wise lady to sit to be.
Must say in all my years on this pathway those 4 words have been all I needed . It's so simple JUST SIT TO BE. Sitting in the quite in your own power, in your own light with know expectations just sitting to be .

This is the lifetime you’ve been waiting for & chosen to be here. The great illusion is being unveiled, humanity is awakening at greater speeds, the energy is quickening to the grand event that is taking place. What a time it is to be alive to experience this shift in consciousness.

Grief is hard.
It is relentless
And exhausting,
And a constant reminder
Of the void in our lives.
Grief is painful.
A physical pain
Within our chest,
Reminding us
That our hearts have splintered.
Grief is exhausting.
It takes everything
To keep going.
Day after day,
To live for our loved ones.
Grief is isolating.
We feel alone,
As if no one understands.
As if we are drowning,
And no one notices
That we don’t know how to swim.
Grief is scary.
The thoughts in our heads
Get dark and real.
They tell us “just let go,”
As if no one would care
If we slipped away.
But we are not alone.
So many others know this pain,
They feel this void, too.
So say their name.
Tell the stories
Of those you’ve lost.
Tell me about your person,
And smile at the good memories.
Cry for their absence,
You are safe to grieve here.
We are not alone.

Sometimes we wonder why we cross paths with others , but it's quite simple really , we have lessons to learn .There is a reason for everyone we meet . Some will test us , some will use us and some will teach us but the most important are the people that respect us and except us just the way we are .
