Athletic Reformer – Power, Performance, and Precision
This dynamic, full-body class takes Reformer Pilates incorporates athletic-inspired movements, added resistance, and gym-style exercises. Expect a faster pace and more intensity, combining traditional Pilates principles with strength and conditioning techniques.
Using hand weights and the Reformer’s resistance, you’ll perform exercises to build strength, endurance, and power. Breath and core connection remain at the heart of every movement, ensuring control and alignment even through high-energy sequences.

Level 2 Reformer Pilates – Building Strength and Control
This class builds on the foundations established in Level 1, introducing new exercises, light props, and increased repetitions to further develop strength, stability, and body awareness.
You’ll continue to focus on the core principles of Pilates—breath, alignment, and mindful movement—while exploring greater range of motion and resistance to challenge your coordination and endurance.
The use of props such as the Pilates ring, small ball, or hand weights adds variety and deeper engagement to your practice. Each class is thoughtfully paced to encourage progress while maintaining precision and control.

Level 1 Reformer Pilates – Introduction to the Reformer
This foundational Reformer Pilates class is designed to introduce you to the Reformer machine and the essential principles of Pilates. Focusing on body awareness, breath, and controlled movement, this class helps you build a strong connection to your core while improving posture, flexibility, and overall strength.
With a low range of repetitions, you’ll have time to learn correct form and become comfortable with the equipment. Each session combines gentle strength work, stretching, and mindful breathing to enhance coordination and balance.
This small-group class is ideal for beginners or those returning to Pilates, allowing the instructor to tailor movements to meet each participant where they are.

Beginners 6 Week Yoga Course- Tuesdays 7.30pm

21st Oct – 7.30pm- 8.40pm and runs for 6 weeks

6 week Beginner course: Tuesday 21st October – 2nd December
Join Karen on Tuesday evenings for a new beginner class starting this October! These classes have a slower pace of practice where you will be guided and supported through a range of poses to aid ease and relaxation on and off the mat. Ideal for beginners or those looking for a gentler experience, each class will include breathwork and end with deep relaxation. Classes are suitable for complete beginners or people returning to practice. We’ll go slow but get a good stretch – leaving you calm and relaxed for the week ahead.
