A big well done to Brian for coming out on top in our January challenge 👏

One thing we always try to do at Lifting & Laughing is make fitness something people enjoy. Challenges like this are a great way to add a bit of friendly competition, keep sessions fun, and give everyone something to aim for along the way.

But at the end of the day, it’s not really about winning - it’s about showing up, getting a bit better each week, and enjoying the process while you’re at it.

All members can bring a friend or family member to any morning or evening session, any Friday in February FOR FREE

No pressure. No commitment. Just a chance for them to see what you do, how sessions run, and why you keep coming back 😉

A few quick bits:
One free session per person (trial only)

You must let us know in advance

Spaces are limited, so it’s first come first served

They can join SGPT or Cardio sessions

They train with you, not instead of you

If you’ve ever had someone say “I must try that gym sometime” - this is your moment.
Just shoot us an email or message us with:
Their name
Which session (remember you also need to be attending that same session)

We’ll confirm if there’s space and take it from there.
Same coaching. Same laughs. Same hard work.

Just with another familiar face beside you 💪
