They mean they don’t like feeling out of place.

Or thrown into sessions they’re not ready for.
You don’t have to be a “gym person” to start.
You just have to be someone who wants to feel a bit stronger.
A bit fitter.
A bit more confident in everyday life.
Our job is to meet you where you’re at, guide you properly, and build things up in a way that actually makes sense.

No ego.
No pretending you know what you’re doing.
