⭐"I came across Lifting & Laughing when I was trying to sort out a new routine and maintain my fitness level while doing some form of strength training. From the website, it looked like it would be good fun but also like the trainers were well qualified so that training would be safe and challenging. The induction session with Phil really confirmed that for me."⭐

⭐ "When I joined the group sessions, I was expecting a few polite nods from other members. I was surprised to find myself quite quickly becoming part of a community that was so fun and inclusive. There were lots of different levels and abilities mixed into the group classes but there's no judgment. Everybody is just working from where they're at and helping each other out. I was very impressed at the trainers' ability to keep tabs on everybody, making sure we have good form, encouraging us to challenge ourselves, etc."⭐

⭐ "I have learned to laugh a lot more and I've met a whole bunch of lovely people since I've started! It's been a great way for me to stay healthy and happy. I've also enjoyed some challenging workouts and done some fun new things (I never thought I'd be trying to do Lego while planking!).⭐
