Claire trained and qualified in Sydney Australia. She has obtained Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV Massage Therapy, Level 1 Fundementals & Advanced Pelvis Myofascial Release & Stretch Therapist qualifications. She is currently training to become a Stretch Teacher. Claire is particularly passionate about sports and rehabilitation massage and the benefits that can be gained from such treatments. Claire can provide treatments such as Remedial, Sports, Deep Tissue, Rehabilitation and Myofascial massage which can assist in increasing flexibility, enhancing performance, restore health to injured muscles and tissues and promote relaxation and well-being. From 2011-2014 Claire worked with a number of teams in Sydney in a variety of sports – Rugby, Soccer, AFL, Athletics and some Irish GAA teams.
