My ADHD brain LOVES variety, therefore I’m adding a wee bit of resistance training into my yoga classes going forward and I cannot wait to begin the next course.
Yes, I know that yoga is about flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation, however, adding some light resistance to our practice can take that practice into orbit. I kid you not people.
And what about those beautiful endorphins released during your practice? You’ll be so proud of yourself, I promise.

What you’ll need? A yoga mat or 2, a cushion and a long resistance band, light would be a great start.
