The next block of pregnancy yoga starts this Wednesday at 6pm! If you are 14 weeks pregnant or more, join for a yoga class specifically designed for pregnancy. Good morning ! We have had lots of messages asking for morning yoga classes, so we had added one to the timetable. A Tuesday 9.30am class at The Studio starts next week, September 30. This Yoga for All class with is suitable for all levels. We hope to see you there!

gave autumn a beautiful welcome ahead of the equinox today. Nothing beats two hours of slow, sweet yin yoga poses that work deep into the fascia and meridians followed by a cosy yoga nidra. And chocolate. Don’t forget the chocolate!

Prenatal yoga is back in August! A new course starts on Wednesday August 13 at 6pm. Yoga is highly recommended in pregnancy to keep strong, flexible and relaxed while giving you the tools you need for a positive birth experience.

Wednesday classes won’t be running until mid August as is taking time out to savour the summer with her family. Monday evening classes are still running with if you’d like to keep up your yoga! This is Yoga class passes are all extended to the end of September due to the reduced timetable… I’ll be back on the mat August 13.
