Self reflection is so important when finding out who we REALLY are!

If I was to ask you to tell me more about who you are .. what would you say?

It is common that our daily life can take over "who" we are. We end up defining defining ourselves as, what we do.

Such as "I am a father" or "I am a dentist" .
This is NOT who we are ... this is "WHAT" we are.

Not having a clear understanding of our goals, desires, passions, beliefs ...
..can lead to us living our lives, day by day .. without feeling truly happy within.

Take time each day to write down something about yourself. This exercise can not only help you get clarity, but also understand area's in your life you may want to change.
