I’m so excited to see that, the main method I use with my clients - Belief Coding® - got published in the International Journal of Science and Research, and it's heading to PubMed (which, if you don't know, is basically THE global database that doctors and researchers use to access medical and scientific literature).
For everyone who's been asking
"but what do you actually DO with your clients?"
- here's the summary of the paper:
You know how traditional therapy is brilliant, but sometimes you can talk about your stuff for YEARS and still find yourself stuck in the same patterns?
Or how you can understand logically why you react a certain way, but you STILL react that way?
That's because most approaches work with your conscious mind - the part of you that can think and reason and understand. Which is great, except that's not where most of your beliefs actually live.
Belief Coding® goes deeper.
We're talking about the beliefs you formed before you were 8 years old - before your prefrontal cortex was even fully developed. The ones you didn't consciously choose. The ones that are literally running the show from your subconscious, affecting everything from your relationships to your anxiety to how you see yourself.
Belief Coding® is one of several methods I integrate into my mentoring practice, and it's become the foundation of the work I do because of its unique approach to creating lasting change.
Here's what makes it different:
Instead of just talking ABOUT your beliefs, we actually ACCESS them.
We work with something called "The Reflection" - basically the subconscious collection of every experience and belief that's driving your current behaviour and emotions.
We use tools like:
• The Human Compass - which helps us find exactly where those subconscious beliefs are hiding (your body knows, even when your conscious mind doesn't)
• Emotional Threading - we literally trace your current emotional patterns back through your history to find the original event that created the belief
• Whole Brain State - a specific state that makes your brain more receptive to actually CHANGING these deep beliefs (not just understanding them)
And then we use memory reconsolidation. That's the science that shows when you recall a memory, there's a window where it becomes temporarily "unlocked" and can actually be changed.
We're not just covering up old beliefs with new thoughts - we're literally updating the neural pathways.
The results? People are seeing shifts in all sort of challenges that used to take months or years... sometimes in single sessions.
And now it's not just "woo woo" (though I love good woo woo 😉).
I'm honestly so grateful to everyone who's trusted me with their healing journey. The fact that the main method I use is now backed by published research just validates what we've been experiencing together in our sessions.
