We’re delighted to share that our pharmacist Paul has been invited to speak at the Bray Active Retirement Association this November! 💚Paul will be joining their members’ meeting on Friday, 7th November at 11am in the Little Flower Hall, beside the Holy Redeemer Church on Main Street, Bray.📍He’ll be giving a talk on preventing falls in older adults, sharing practical everyday tips to support balance, confidence, and independence as we age. ✨The session will be around 15 minutes, with time for questions afterwards. The group welcomes 80–90 members each month, and we’re thrilled Paul has the opportunity to support such an important discussion on safety, wellbeing, and staying active in our community. A big thank-you to the Bray Active Retirement Association for the invitation, we’re proud to see Paul contributing to healthy ageing here in Bray.
