Authentic, relaxing yoga, with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. Explore, refine and advance traditional yoga poses (asanas), both on the mat and in the air, never suspended more than a few feet off the ground.
Students say: Dynamic, fun-filled, challenging, so chilled, boosts my self-confidence!
It’s perfect for Yoga beginners to boffins! You just
need a sense of bold adventure for this one!
Please be advised… Aerial Yoga is not recommended if you have or are experiencing any of the listed: Vertigo, Inner Ear Conditions, Recent Surgery, Glaucoma, Recent Concussion or Head Injury, Epilepsy, Recent Stroke, Pregnancy, Propensity for Fainting, Hiatal Hernia, sutures in any part of the body, Recent gashes, lacerations, or wounds. If you are taking any medications that can cause dizziness, lightheadedness, propensity for fainting, or extreme fatigue.

'GENTLE MORNING FLOW' starting on Wednesday February 1st at 10am in PureLight💫
Guiding you through breathwork, movement through a sequence of gentle poses, and deep immersive relaxation to finish. Strengthening the body, improving balance and calming the mind to set you up for the day feeling stretched and energised. Beginners welcome 🙂

⭐️ PAY AS YOU GO ⭐️

If you haven’t had the opportunity to try out our classes yet, there are now some Pay as you go spots available to book for the first week of our Autumn term. These can be booked on our webpage by selecting the pay as you go option.

Pay as you go spots will be released weekly depending on availability so it can’t be guaranteed there will be space. You can still book the term as the weeks go on, if you enjoy the class. This works out cheaper and guarantees your spot! 💜
