Breathe gently as you read and notice how you feel a moment after reading 🙏✨
This Christmas has allowed me to me to rest and reflect.
The picture shows a beautiful wicker basket that came unexpectedly as a gift and has brought so much joy. For now it sits alone on my yoga mat, awaiting!
As 2023 gracefully comes to an end the joy stays. I am learning not to fill this basket with what does not serve me well.
I have chosen only to place into this basket what will allow me to flourish and grow!
In my mind I place in it an unspoken respect. I line it with a rain drop of light and hope. I allow this to strengthen each weave cultivating a deep level of peace and contentment for the year ahead. Anything now feels possible, not pushing but allowing!
I hope as you read this the year ahead aligns for you gracefully with light, hope, peace, strength and contentment in the areas you require it the most.
