All Welcome 🙏

The Goddess Bridgid presides over this first cross quarter festival. She is the keeper of the Flame 🔥 Legend tells us she walks the land with her light to gently warm the earth inviting new life to come forth 🌱

We will be using our bodies to tend to the seeds we have planted. We are ready for the Rebirth 🌿

I will be holding the dance floor this time!
You wouldn't catch me going for a run but I can dance 3hrs straight no bother when the music is good and the vibes are high!

One of the things I love about Ecstatic is the different Archetypes it allows Me to step into ✨
The Priestess
The Goddess
The Wild Woman
The Queen 👑

These energies have grown Me. The Woman who walked into Ecstatic a year ago is different to the woman who steps in now 🔥

Unfortunately, Most women don't get to experience how these energies feel.

I feel better about myself now than I ever did ,..
Alot of how I feel about myself has to do with how I move my body,... how I tend to and treat her 💛

What does holding space mean anyway?

It's creating a safe space for people to move through and meet their emotions.
Sometimes it means holding space so they can remember or activate.

You do this with your body. It's the frequency you hold. Being grounded and present is key ✨

I do this in my treatments, classes and events 💛

You can only hold space for others as deeply as you have held space for yourself and I have brought myself back to life on more than one occasion.

I'm not the type of person to shy away from the 'hard' emotions, I tend to move towards them with curiosity. I pull them in and hold them close.

What message do you have for me?
Some hold memories. Some just need to be heard and some are making space for something new to come in.

Let's not fear our emotions or try to be high vibe all the time. Let's treat them all with the reverence they deserve.

After winter must come spring 🌱

It is the first of the Ancient Celtic cross quarter festivals. A time where we Celebrate Light, Fire and Rebirth 🌿

A time to consider what brave new shoots you will push forward into the light so that they may grow ✨

What if you could use your body to tend to your seeds. What if you could use your movement to set the course for the year ahead.

I invite you to do so at this Ecstatic Soul Event ✨

Allow your body to be your Sacred prayer emiting a signal to the land to the universe that you are ready for growth, ready for what's new. Ready for the rebirth 🌿

Ecstatic is more than Dance.
