There were successes and there were lessons. Behind the scenes, we stretched in every way to bring the enthusiasm, to fuel the excitement, to wear the pride, and to help BMS grow into what it’s meant to be -
a community of people chasing better, shaped and led by an incredible team.

Our generation didn’t think about the gym at 14.
This generation already does.

Instead of fighting that, let’s guide it properly.

We’ve been working for a long time to get clearance for this age group, because developing good habits early matters. How they move, train, and look after their body now sets the tone for years to come.

14-year-olds can now hold a gym membership.

This isn’t about pushing weight or chasing physiques.
It’s about learning how to train safely, build confidence in the gym, and form positive habits that help with their mental health too.

Parents can also arrange personal training if they want extra support, but the goal is simple:
give them the right start, in the right environment.

Let’s help this generation build better habits than we did.
