On a wet & windy day this week, I headed to bunmahon to capture some content for a new YouTube video. I did not expect to meet anyone there, let alone a fellow content creator! My first YouTuber friend 😂

As we begin a new week, I reflect back on this last month and all of the progress across platforms that has been made. In the beginning phases of a journey like this, it is quite easy to fall into a lack of confidence, shame or rejective thoughts; but all of you beautiful people joining this journey are making me feel seen and motivated to continue!

Suffering is something we will all inherently go through in one way, shape or form over our lives. Perhaps many times! Feeling guilty or burdensome on your loved ones is a natural response.
