I have room for 3 new ladies to join my semi-private personal training group in May!
📆WHEN: 12pm - 1pm Tuesdays + Thursdays
📍WHERE: Airside, Swords (private PT studio)
Our group training classes are semi-private PT sessions, where you work off a structured program with a hands on personal trainer & nutritionist with over 8 years experience (Me!), alongside up to 4 likeminded women (for added accountability, connection, fun & support!)… and learn to strength train safely & effectively to achieve lasting results!!
