🌿 Join us for a 4-Week Yoga Journey in October 🌿

Hi everyone, 😊

I’d love for you to join us for a 4-week Vinyasa Flow Yoga Pass this October. Let’s take time to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and unwind together every Thursday from 6–7 PM, starting October 2nd to 23rd in Caherdaniel Hall.

What to expect:

✨ Dynamic sequences to build strength and mobility

✨ Breathing and meditation techniques to calm the mind

✨ A welcoming space for all levels and genders—beginners included!



Details:

📅 Dates: Oct 2, 9, 16, 23

🕕 Time: 6–7 PM

📍 Location: Caherdaniel Hall

💶 Cost: €50 (early bird price until September 25th), €60 afterwards

Important notes:

⏳ Classes will run if at least 6 people sign up—no drop-ins unless minimum numbers are met.
