Seven years ago today I achieved my 4.5 stone award! The best decision I ever made was going to Pamela Slimming World Limerick’s group, about 1 year before.
I have never looked back. I wasn’t a simple journey, very erratic at times but absolutely worth it!
I have found the confidence to change my career and become a Slimming World consultant with my group Slimming World Caherdavin with Ger Saturday Morning
The health benefits of losing all that weight, well just to say, I no longer gasp for air climbing the stairs, my cholesterol and blood pressure is in much better shape and I am eating tasty fresh foods which I would never consider before.

On this day 7 years ago I opened my first Slimming World group. I remember being so nervous looking at all the people coming in the room for me to help them lose weight! How was I supposed to do that? But I did and I am still doing my best to help so many 🧡🧡
Thanks to every single member,past, present and future that trusted me with helping them on their weightloss journey! ☺️☺️
Here’s to at least another 7 years!

Look at this amazing award I gave to one of my members on Saturday morning. This lady has put herself first in her weight loss journey and comes in week after week with a loss, some weeks it’s only half a pound but it has all added up and she is now 4.5 stone lighter. She is loving her new life as a slimmer lady and is well on track to her target 🩷
