I haven’t shared much here over the last couple of weeks and honestly, it’s because I felt like everything was getting a little lost in the noise of social media ✨

Lately it feels like everything is a trend energy work, rituals, yoga, “healing” and sometimes it’s hard to watch people step into this space without truly sitting with themselves, without daily practice, without devotion to the work 🌿

You can really feel the difference between someone who embodies their practice meditation, pranayama, movement, Cacao etc and someone who doesn’t. And in all of that noise, it’s so easy to drift away from what’s real 🙏🏻

So I chose to take a step back these past few weeks not because I didn’t have anything to share, but because I didn’t want to get swept into trends instead of staying rooted in pure authenticity 💛

Thank you for being here for choosing depth over performance, presence over perfection, and truth over trends. I’m excited to share again from a grounded and aligned place ✨🙏

🌟 Introducing Jess 🌟
I’m so excited to officially welcome the beautiful Jess to our little yoga family 🤍
Some of you have already had the pleasure of meeting her, and many more of you will get to flow with her over the next few weeks 🫶🏻

I’m so grateful for her she’s an incredible human, a truly amazing teacher, and one of my very special friends. Having her join the team feels like pure magic ✨🧘‍♀️

Here’s to new energy, shared space, and even more beautiful classes together 💫

Six years ago today, myself and Tom set off on a one-way flight to Australia ✈️ What was to unfold from there, we could’ve never planned. I was heading to be with my best friend who’d been living there for years and those first few months together were such a gift. When she flew home for a short visit, life had other plans, and our journey took a whole new path 🌏

We travelled, we laughed, we leaned on the kindness of family in Brisbane while figuring out our next steps. I found myself working on farms under the hot Queensland sun picking potatoes, planting watermelons, harvesting garlic, packing wombok 🌞 It was hard work, but it changed me in ways I’ll never forget. Getting up before sunrise, covered in dust, eating lunch hanging off the side of a harvester, it cracked me open to a deeper strength I didn’t know I had 🌾

Eventually, we bought our own little campervan and set off across the country from the Daintree Rainforest to Perth. Crossing the Nullarbor, waking up by the ocean, showering in roadhouses, meeting every creature great and small, we were so free. No clocks, no plans, just flow 🌊🐚

As our Australian chapter began to close, we found out a new little adventure was already growing quietly inside me 🤍 That journey led us back to Ireland, and truly, I believe every step of Australia brought me to where I am today. We spent the last few months with more family before heading home to surprise everyone 💛

If Australia ever calls you, go. Even if it’s just for a while. It’s wild, grounding, vast and heart-opening in all the best ways. We still talk about it every week, and I know we’ll be back one day 🌅

Take care of your wellness so you don’t have to take care of being unwell✨

Our bodies are made of energy constantly listening, responding and holding everything we experience. When emotions or trauma are not released or expressed, that energy doesn’t just disappear. It stays in the body, creating blocks and tension that can eventually manifest as physical or emotional imbalance 🌿

Science continues to show that unprocessed stress and trauma can affect our immune, hormonal, and nervous systems impacting everything from our sleep and digestion to our mood and vitality🌹

Healing begins with awareness🐦‍🔥
With slowing down🌱
With regulating your nervous system through breath, movement, rest, and presence🪷

You are energy in motion ~ let it move.
Wellness isn’t something you find ~ it’s something you create every day✨
