In 2005 I took my first reiki course, left my corporate role to care for my kids, and from there it was a roller coaster of deep dive into the world of eastern medicine, shamanic tools, life lessons, shadow work, movement and so much more. As a breathing specialist I help people breathe for life, release, functionality, as a movement therapist, I help people move for better living, feeling, and moving, as an energy medicine practitioner I get to stand beside people as they step forward into change, healing and releasing. I love my work, I live it, and I want to see everyone succeed. Whether its 1 to 1, groups, talks, corporate, ceremony, or collaborations, my work is never work, I look forward to every day.
