We were delighted to welcome Conor Stakelum and the Liam McCarthy cup to St Martha’s today.💙💛
The residents enjoy watching all the matches and the flags and bunting were flying high throughout the year so it was a wonderful occasion to meet Conor and hear all about the training schedules and matches and we even had one rebel among us😀
Thanks to Martin Boilson for organising the event.Wishing Conor and the Tipperary team and management lots of good luck and success for the year ahead.🎉🎉

All the residents in St Martha’s would sincerely like to thank carepack.ie for once again organising the delivery of beautiful gifts to everyone over the festive season 🎄A wonderful initiative that is run solely by volunteers.
Everyone’s kindness and generosity is much appreciated and the residents were delighted on Christmas morning to receive the gifts.🎁

Thanks so much to Laura & Kevin and All in Cahir Beavers for visiting the residents last Saturday with beautiful cards and gifts for everyone.Your kindness and generosity is very much appreciated.🎁
We were delighted to welcome our friends ,students and staff from Tankerstown National School this morning for their Annual Christmas Carol service.
This is always one of our highlights and the visit was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
This afternoon we celebrated our special Christmas and remembrance mass with Fr Hickey joined by family n friends and our wonderful choir organised by Margaret.
Thanks so much to everyone who continue to contribute in making special memories for all in St Martha’s.🎄

A fantastic memorable day in St Martha’s yesterday hosting our Annual Christmas party and celebrating our 40th Anniversary 🎉🎉
We were delighted to welcome staff,ex staff ,families ,neighbours and friends to join us for the celebrations.
The residents were buzzing with excitement from early morning waiting for the party to start and they thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon of fun, music and dance and watching the slide show of photos over the years.📸
Thanks to Brendan Healy Artisan Butcher for a beautiful barbecue and to the very talented Dee Morrissey for the fabulous music as always.
Thanks so much for all the messages of congratulations and good wishes and to those who sent flowers it really is much appreciated.Thanks to Mattie McGrath TD for the presentation of a lovely framed certificate .
A special word of thanks to our amazing staff for all their help and support in planning the event and to Kay for her spectacular display of cakes n buns.

Our Annual Christmas Party is taking place this Friday 12th December from 2 pm to 4 pm.
We are also celebrating a very special event on that day as St Martha’s under the management of Jim & Teresa O’Connell(Anthony’s parents) first opened its doors to its first two residents 40 years ago in 1985.
We look forward to celebrating 40 wonderful years of care,friendship and dedication in the community and we invite families,friends,staff,neighbours and our local community to join us on the day.
We were also delighted to receive a special letter from our new president of Ireland during the week.🎉🎉

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in St Martha’s a busy few weeks decorating the home,doing Art n Crafts,making the Christmas cake with Kay and decorating the crib with Margaret.
We were delighted to welcome Christine back to make the beautiful Advent wreath with the residents.
