If you’re going to rise, you might as well shine! Don’t do a complete overhaul of your life. Make a small change, and stay consistent at it. Over time it becomes a habit and it’s just what you do. Then add another small thing...it’s those little things that add up over time and prevent overwhelm.

Stay the course! You’re worth it! If you fall, get back up and start again! You only fail if you quit trying. ❤️❤️❤️
